We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support daily business operations, coordination, scheduling, communication handling, and business development activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordination, communication, office management, client interaction, travel coordination, and working in a fast-growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups
-Coordinate with staff, vendors, clients, and service providers
-Handle WhatsApp, calls, emails, and internal communication professionally
-Maintain records, documents, reports, and office files
-Assist in business coordination for Amazon, printing, packaging, and office operations
-Support business development activities and client coordination
-Follow up with leads, inquiries, vendors, and business partners
-Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion
-Prepare basic Excel reports and MIS updates
-Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication
-Manage courier, logistics, office purchases, and travel arrangements
-Support management in day-to-day operational activities
-Be open to outstation travel for exhibitions, meetings, vendor visits, and operational requirements when needed
Skills Required
✔ Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
✔ Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets & basic computer operations
✔ Good organizational and multitasking abilities
✔ Professional attitude with strong follow-up skills
✔ Ability to work independently and responsibly
✔ Basic understanding of office coordination and business operations preferred
✔ Good client handling and communication skills
✔ Comfortable with travel coordination and outstation visits when required
