PART TIME / FREELANCE PLUMBER REQUIRED
For Residential Housing Society
A well-maintained residential housing society is looking for an experienced Part Time / Freelance Plumber to manage and attend plumbing works in common areas and society premises.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of society plumbing lines, pumps, tanks, drainage and common area fittings
- Attending leakage, blockage and emergency plumbing complaints
- Routine inspection and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems
- Coordinating with society office and maintenance staff for smooth operations
- Availability on call for urgent repairs when required
Additional Earning Opportunity:
The selected plumber may also undertake plumbing work for individual flat owners/residents on project or job-work basis. Payment for such private works will be directly paid by the respective resident/job provider separately.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experienced in residential building plumbing maintenance
- Basic tools and troubleshooting knowledge required
- Honest, responsible and quick response attitude
- Local candidates preferred
