Job Summary
A Project Engineer manages the execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute interior fit-out projects from start to handover.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
- Supervise site execution and ensure work meets design specifications.
- Manage subcontractors, labor, and material requirements.
- Review drawings and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) works.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Track project costs and support budget control.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials.
- Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
- Prepare project documentation, snag lists, and final handover documents.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in commercial, corporate, retail, hospitality, or residential interior fit-out projects.
