We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, queries, complaints and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the customer journey.
Location: Adalaj, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Experience: 1–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, queries, complaints and service requests.
- Manage customer data and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service and Technical teams for issue resolution.
- Track complaints and ensure timely closure and follow-up.
- Maintain customer communication through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Generate CRM reports and track customer satisfaction.
- Support customer retention and improve overall customer experience.
- Maintain proper documentation and escalation records.

- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
