Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Kollam, Kerala
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the operations and business growth of our Farmer Producer Organization (FPO).
Eligibility
- Graduate in Agriculture, Agriculture Marketing, Agri-Business Management, BBA or an equivalent qualification.
- Good leadership, communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Knowledge of agriculture, agribusiness, farmer collectives or rural development will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the FPO.
- Execute the FPO’s business plan and ensure sustainable business growth.
- Coordinate with farmers, Board of Directors, government departments and other stakeholders.
- Develop market linkages, business opportunities and value-added initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance and reporting.
