Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage project-related data, generate MIS reports, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support project execution. The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate or construction industry, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to understand construction drawings and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to project progress, site activities, material status, and project milestones.
- Coordinate with Architects, Site Engineers/Officers, Contractors, and the Head Office to ensure timely flow of project information.
- Maintain project databases, work progress records, and documentation.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings (blueprints) to understand project layouts, quantities, and execution status.
- Track project timelines, work progress, and pending activities, and provide regular updates to management.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate data from multiple project sites.
- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and analytical reports for management review.
- Monitor project schedules and highlight delays, risks, or discrepancies.
- Ensure data accuracy, proper documentation, and timely submission of reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and project teams for MIS-related requirements.
- Support project planning and management with data-driven insights.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Power Query)
- Strong MIS reporting and data analysis skills
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings (blueprints)
- Good understanding of construction and real estate project workflows
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM software and Power BI is an added advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, preferably in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
