Sales Coordination:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the offshore mobile and web development market.
- Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, calls, and presentations.
- Prepare and disseminate sales proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Handle the processing of sales orders and follow up on order status.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide required information.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and address any feedback or complaints.
- Develop and maintain sales support materials such as brochures, data sheets, and promotional content.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data and customer records.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generate data-driven reports and dashboards for sales insights.
- Keep detailed documentation of sales processes, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Education:
MBA, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- 0.6-2 years of experience in sales coordination or data management, preferably in an IT service setting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.
