We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging short-form content for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
Responsibilities
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos
- Add transitions, captions, sound effects, music, and motion graphics
- Maintain fast-paced and engaging storytelling
- Work closely with the content and scripting team
- Follow trending editing styles and social media trends
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects
- Organize raw footage and project files properly
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
- Understanding of retention-based editing and hook creation
- Basic knowledge of color correction and sound balancing
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in short-form content editing is preferred
Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics experience
- Thumbnail designing
- Knowledge of viral Instagram/YouTube content
- AI tools and automation understanding
