Recruits Business Development Manager (Age: 27 to 35 years) expertise in Corporate & Institutional Sales with 5 to 7 years of experience in Software Sales, provide IT solutions to clients using AI/ML concepts, Corporate Recruitment & Assessments, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), Online Assessments, College/University ERP solutions, Mobile Apps, Training, etc and the JD is as follows.
· Job Location: Chennai
· 5 to 7 years of real time experience in various Software Sales, SaaS, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), Remote Proctoring Assessments, AI/ML services, Mobile Apps and Training Services, etc
· Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
· To generate the leads from both B2B (Corporates) & B2I (Educational Institutions)
· To identify the potential clients or prospects
· Maintain relationships with existing clients and try to identify new prospects
· Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
· Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
· Excellent skills in MS-Office products
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Multi-Lingual preferred
· Targets must be achieved
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
