Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop support, Windows administration, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Provide hardware and software support to end users.
- Manage Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory user accounts.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, email configuration, and system setup.
- Resolve IT tickets within SLA using tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
- Maintain IT assets, documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
