Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Graphic Design & Motion Graphics Faculty to train, mentor, and inspire aspiring creative professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for helping students build successful careers in the creative industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical and industry-oriented training in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics.
- Teach industry-standard software including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Guide students in live projects, portfolio development, and creative problem-solving.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback and mentorship.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.
- Create an engaging, interactive, and positive classroom environment.
- Support students in developing professional portfolios and career readiness.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of teaching or relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Motion Graphics principles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching and developing creative talent.
- A portfolio showcasing professional design and motion graphics work will be an added advantage.
Salary
Full-Time Faculty: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
Visiting Faculty: Compensation will be decided based on the course duration, subjects handled, and teaching hours.
