About the Role
Harvest Group of Schools is looking for enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated *Pre-Primary Teachers* who are passionate about early childhood education. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities.
* Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
* Create and maintain a safe, positive, and child-friendly learning environment.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
* Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, meetings, and professional development programs.
* Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning.
Eligibility Criteria
* Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
* Diploma or Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, or Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) is preferred.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Passion for working with young children.
* Previous teaching experience is preferred; freshers with outstanding communication skills are encouraged to apply.
