Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations, supervise the accounts team, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The candidate should have experience working under a Chartered Accountant (CA) and strong knowledge of accounting, GST, ledgers, payables, and receivables.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and supervise the Accounts & Finance team and allocate daily work.
-Maintain and review general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, and accounting records.
-Handle general accounting entries, journal entries, and reconciliations. -Manage GST-related accounting, compliance, and documentation.
-Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
-Verify and process payable and receivable bills/invoices.
-Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and ensure timely follow-ups.
-Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
-Coordinate with the CA and external/internal auditors for accounting and compliance requirements.
-Prepare regular MIS and financial reports for management.
-Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of all financial transactions.
-Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
-Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance; M.Com or CA Inter preferred.
-4–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
-Prior experience working under a CA or CA-managed environment preferred.
-Strong knowledge of GST, Tally/ERP, General Ledger, AP & AR.
-Good team-handling and leadership skills.
-Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
