About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry and a strong understanding of branding, packaging, and consumer-facing visual communication.
A key requirement for this role is hands-on experience in KLD (Key Line Drawing) and packaging design, with the ability to translate creative concepts into production-ready packaging artwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative designs for packaging, branding, marketing, and digital communication.
- Create and work on KLDs (Key Line Drawings) for various packaging formats.
- Develop production-ready packaging artwork, ensuring accurate dimensions, layouts, dielines, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and brand teams to develop visually compelling creative assets.
- Adapt designs across different SKUs, product formats, campaigns, and communication channels.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production partners to ensure accurate execution of packaging designs.
- Review artwork for print readiness, colour specifications, typography, and technical accuracy.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative and packaging touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design projects and timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design.
- Prior experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in KLD / Key Line Drawing and Packaging Design is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of packaging layouts, dielines, print specifications, and production artwork.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent design tools.
- Strong creative, conceptualisation, and visual communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Profile
Candidates who have worked with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, wellness, FMCG, or consumer brands and have strong exposure to packaging development will be preferred.
