We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Junior Silver Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn about silver jewellery and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting silver jewellery based on their preferences.
- Provide information about silver jewellery designs, pricing, and product features.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
- Assist with billing, cash handling, and digital payment transactions.
- Help with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product tagging.
- Follow company policies and showroom procedures.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales (experience in jewellery or fashion retail is preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS/billing systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher Secondary, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in a retail showroom is an added advantage.
