The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact, responsible for creating a professional and welcoming environment while supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, handle walk-in inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate agent
- Manage multi-line phone systems and respond to property-related queries
- Schedule property viewings and appointments
- Maintain property files, office records, and inventory
- Assist with CRM updates, listings, and initial lead handling
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Smart, presentable personality with a professional appearance
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Similar Experience - 5-7 years.
- Age Limits - within 35 years
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
