Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead RISE with SAP implementation programs endtoend including planning governance execution cutover and hypercare The role requires strong stakeholder management vendor coordination SAPSIpartners risk and dependency management and delivery of complex SAP transformation initiatives across business functions and geographies
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery Governance
Own endtoend delivery of RISE with SAP S4HANA implementation programs FittoStandard build test cutover golive hypercare
Define and manage project scope schedule budget resources RAID and benefits tracking
Establish governance forums SteerCo PMO cadence workstream reviews and ensure accurate reporting weeklymonthly
Drive integrated project planning across functional workstreams technical teams data security integration and testing
Stakeholder Vendor Management
Manage stakeholders across Business IT SAP System Integrators and thirdparty vendors
Ensure alignment on priorities delivery commitments milestones and acceptance criteria
Facilitate executive communication and decisionmaking through structured updates and clear escalation paths
SAP RISE Cloud Transformation Focus
Coordinate RISEspecific deliverables including
Landscape planning DEVQASPRD tenant strategy transports and release schedules
Integration approach SAP BTPCPI PIPO migration APIsEDI interfaces
Data migration strategy mock loads reconciliation cutover planning
Security roles and access governance
Performance and readiness checks
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and best practices
Quality Testing Cutover
Oversee test strategy and execution SIT UAT Regression Performance defect triage and entryexit criteria
Lead cutover planning rehearsal cycles golive readiness assessments and hypercare operations
Financial Commercial Management if applicable
Manage SOWs change requests milestone tracking invoices and vendor deliverables
Track budget burn forecast and ensure commercial compliance
MustHave Skills Experience
1015 years of experience in IT ProjectProgram Management
Proven track record managing SAP implementation or migration programs specifically RISE with SAP S4HANA
Strong experience with SAP Activate FittoStandard workshops and agilehybrid delivery models
Expertise in RAID management dependency tracking milestone governance and stakeholder reporting
Handson experience coordinating across
SAP Functional FICO MM SD PP QM WMEWM etc
Technical BasisCloud ops integrations security data migration
Testing and cutover teams
Excellent communication negotiation and executive stakeholder management skills
GoodtoHave Preferred
Experience in multicountry rollouts global template rollouts or large transformation programs
Exposure to SAP BTP CPI API management and integration patterns
Knowledge of ITSM operations and hypercare transition to Run AMS
PMP PRINCE2 Agile certifications CSMSAFe are a plus
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science IT or equivalent
MBA or relevant certifications PMPPRINCE2SAFe preferred
