Job description:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Generate and qualify leads for online courses and training programs.
- Explain course details, benefits, and fee structure clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of leads in CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover.
- Identify new lead generation channels (social media, referrals, campaigns).
