Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. The role involves managing digital campaigns, social media platforms, paid advertising, SEO, website performance, email marketing, and analytics.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage online campaigns to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Social Media Management
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
- Create and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and campaigns.
- Increase audience engagement and followers through creative strategies.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and ROI.
- Track advertising budgets and campaign performance.
SEO & Website Management
- Improve website ranking through SEO strategies and keyword optimization.
- Coordinate with developers and content teams for website updates and performance.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
Content & Branding
- Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, and video editors.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Plan promotional campaigns, launches, and seasonal marketing activities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Suggest improvements based on campaign insights and analytics.
Team Coordination
- Manage and guide digital marketing executives, interns, and external agencies.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support business objectives.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Knowledge of email marketing and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, or Social Media Marketing preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, healthcare, or service industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing successful online campaigns and lead generation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
