Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive annual and seasonal marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
- Digital & Social Media: Oversee all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), including content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Traditional Marketing: Coordinate offline marketing efforts, including print, billboard, events, and local showroom promotions.
- Brand Management: Maintain and elevate the brand identity of Mikhael Gold and Diamond across all touchpoints.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of jewelry industry trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to identify new market opportunities.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or high-end consumer goods.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong expertise in social media management, SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager).
- Creativity & Visual Eye: A strong aesthetic sense aligned with a premium luxury brand. Experience coordinating photography or videography shoots is a huge plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
