Job Overview
Responsible for managing statutory & regulatory compliance across HO and project sites ensuring timely filings, renewals, payroll coordination, contractor compliance, insurance compliance & adherence to all applicable regulations and labour laws.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage all applicable statutory, regulatory and labour law compliance across HO and project sites.
- Maintain compliance calendars, due dates & renewal timelines.
- Ensure compliance with BOCW, Employee / Workmen Compensation & other construction-related safety requirements.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor statutory compliance and related documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams for timely attendance, manpower data & payroll inputs.
- Coordinate timely remittance of statutory deductions and maintenance of statutory records.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle compliance activities, including onboarding documentation, PF/ESI mapping, payroll inputs, employee movements, exit data & statutory record.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
- Liaise with government authorities & prepare & maintain compliance trackers / reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in statutory compliance, preferably in construction or EPC company.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of statutory, labour & regulatory compliance requirements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
