Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React JS Full Stack & Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and cloud native solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern front end development using React and Next.js, back end development with Python, and experience building applications on AWS. The role requires hands on development, technical leadership, code quality ownership, and collaboration with cross functional teams to deliver high quality digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development
. Design, develop, and maintain responsive, scalable, and high performing web applications.
. Build modern front end solutions using ReactJS, React 19, Next.js, TypeScript, and Material UI (MUI).
. Develop robust back end services and APIs using Python.
. Integrate front end applications with RESTful APIs and external services.
. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following engineering best practices.
Full Stack Engineering
. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
. Ensure seamless integration between front end, back end, and cloud components.
. Optimize application performance, scalability, accessibility, and security.
. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision making.
Cloud & DevOps
. Develop and deploy cloud native applications utilizing AWS services.
. Support application deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
. Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes.
. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and secure deployments.
Quality & Testing
. Write automated tests, unit tests, and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
. Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
Collaboration & Leadership
. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
