- Call prospective customers from leads provided by the company.
- Explain weight-loss, slimming, nutrition, and wellness programs.
- Schedule consultations and appointments with counselors or dietitians.
- Follow up with existing clients regarding program renewals and progress.
- Handle outbound & inbound inquiries from phone, website, or social media.
- Maintain customer records in CRM software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Address customer questions about pricing, packages, and services.
- Good communication skills.
- Persuasive and confident speaking ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage.
- Customer service orientation.
- Sales and follow-up skills
- Prior experience in tele calling, customer service is preferred.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
