Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Operator to support our purchasing and supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring procurement activities align with company policies, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders
- Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Support supplier evaluations and performance tracking
- Resolve order discrepancies, delays, or quality issues
- Collaborate with internal departments (finance, warehouse, operations)
- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and policies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); ERP system experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
