We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect with a passion for residential interior design. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of home interior design concepts, building materials, and technical drawing standards. The role requires the ability to understand client requirements, develop creative design solutions, and deliver projects within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements, lifestyle needs, and project objectives for residential interior projects.
- Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts tailored to client expectations.
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for project execution.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Possess sound knowledge of interior finishing materials, furniture materials, hardware, laminates, veneers, stones, fabrics, and other relevant raw materials.
- Coordinate with senior architects, vendors, and project teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of design packages as per project schedules.
- Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining project timelines.
- Maintain accuracy in drawings, measurements, and specifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential interior design (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawings.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe photoshop, MS- Office, Adobe Lightroom, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar 3D visualization software.
