We are seeking a Manual Soldering- Technician with hands-on experience in manual soldering and desoldering of electronic SMT, MI/TH components on PCBs. Assemble and repair PCB as per drawings and schematics.

1. Qualifications
- ITI in Electronics or relevant experience
2. Experience
2- 3 Years of experience in dedicated electronics manufacturing or repair environment.
3. Technical Skill Set
- Deep understanding of soldering equipment- soldering stations, hot air stations, microscopes, fume extraction, ESD safety gear.
- Proficency in both TH(Through-hole) and SMD(Surface mount technology) component's soldering on PCBs.
- Skill of micro-soldering, prototype PCB assembly.
- Knowledge of quality standards like - IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 is a plus.
4. Skill Set
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with the team, the customer and external product and service providers.
- Adaptability & Teamwork: Ability to work in different work shifts and team collaboration.
- Problem solving abilities: Ability to solve problems encountered at work also help the team to resolve their problems
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Technical bent of mind to reach the root cause of the problem and troubleshoot the same Excellent verbal communication skills and Proficient in drafting clear and concise, and professional emails for internal and external communication

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
