Role Overview
We are looking for Content Creator Interns who are creative, social-media aware, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
You will work directly with the Content Head and contribute to:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube Shorts
- Hook writing
- Trend research
- Script writing
- Content planning
- Content calendar management
This is a practical learning role with real exposure to content strategy and creator workflows.
ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Create 2 reels per day in your assigned niche
- Assist in planning and executing short-form content
- Participate in shoots and content production
Trend Research
- Research trending topics daily in:
- tech
- marketing
- business
- D2C
- Track viral content formats and trending hooks
Script & Caption Writing
- Write captions, hooks, and short scripts for reels
- Repurpose long-form content into:
- captions
- stories
- carousel content
Content Calendar Support
- Help maintain content schedules and posting consistency
- Track content status and daily deliverables
Creative Brainstorming
- Bring at least 5 fresh content ideas daily
- Participate actively in content planning discussions

Who We Are Looking For

- Has tried growing a page or posting content before
- Can write clearly and engagingly in Hindi and English
- Is comfortable appearing on camera
- Understands current Reels and Shorts trends
- Has creative thinking and execution ability
- Wants real-world startup experience
