Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements

Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams

Maintain recruitment trackers and databases

Assist in job posting and onboarding activities

Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives

Follow up with candidates regarding interview and joining updates

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/Post Graduation in HR, BMS, BBA, MBA, or related field

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes

Familiarity with MS Excel and professional email communication

Eagerness to learn and work in a corporate environment
