Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and confident Academic Counsellor to assist students in choosing the right educational programs and career paths. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities
- Attend walk-in enquiries and explain course details
- Make follow-up calls to prospective students
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Support students throughout the admission process
- Maintain accurate counselling and admission records
- Work closely with the marketing and academic teams
Skills Required
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple student enquiries
- Basic MS Office and CRM knowledge preferred

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in counselling, telecalling, or sales is an advantage
- Fluent in Malayalam and basic English communication
