Job Summary
Analytix is seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI Team Lead to lead the development of cutting-edge AI-powered applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI system architecture, along with proven experience leading technical teams.
This role will be responsible for defining the organization's AI roadmap, managing AI projects, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development
- Architect, design, and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions
- Build, optimize, and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Integrate and manage LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models
- Design scalable AI workflows and production-ready AI architectures
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend adoption strategies
Technical Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI Engineers and Developers
- Manage task allocation, sprint planning, and project execution
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Architecture & Strategy
- Define the AI architecture and long-term technical roadmap
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI infrastructure
- Drive system performance optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Establish development standards and governance frameworks
Deployment & Operations
- Oversee deployment and management of AI applications on AWS and Azure
- Monitor application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to streamline deployments
- Ensure efficient utilization of cloud resources and infrastructure costs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python
- Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
- Strong experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models
- Prior experience leading technical teams and managing software development projects
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
