Description
We are seeking a motivated and career-oriented Fresher Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Pune office. This role offers comprehensive exposure to direct taxation, statutory and tax audits, corporate compliance, and regulatory matters including Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA).
The position is designed to provide strong practical experience across diverse industries, enabling the candidate to develop sound technical expertise, analytical capabilities, and client-handling skills. You will work closely with senior professionals, gain hands-on exposure to assessments and litigation matters, and build a solid foundation in compliance, advisory, and representation services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Income Tax & Taxation
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies
- Handling income tax assessments, notices, appeals, and rectifications
- Tax planning and advisory assignments
- TDS compliance and return filing
2. Tax Audit & Statutory Audit
- Conducting Tax Audits under the Income Tax Act
- Assisting in Statutory Audits of companies and other entities
- Finalization of financial statements
- Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards
3. Company Audit & Compliance
- ROC compliance and statutory filings
- Preparation of financial statements as per Companies Act
- Assistance in internal audits and compliance reviews
4. RERA Compliance & Litigation
- Advisory and compliance services under RERA
- Filing of RERA registrations and quarterly updates
- Drafting replies and representation in RERA matters
- Assistance in handling RERA litigation cases
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher preferred)
- Strong understanding of Income Tax and audit procedures
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Willingness to learn and handle multi-disciplinary assignments
