Key Responsibilities
- Financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis for projects and strategic initiatives
- Reviewing, drafting, analysing, and supporting negotiation of commercial agreements from a legal-commercial and finance perspective, including payment schedules,commercial terms, risk allocation, and related documentation
- Preparing presentations, investment notes, management reports, commercial summaries, and analytical materials for leadership
- Coordinating with finance, legal, production, and business teams, while supporting compliance, stakeholder management, and documentation processes
Candidate Profile
- LLB with MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Finance with a legal background and 2–8 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, consulting, commercial contracts, or legal-commercial finance roles
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, contract review, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to evaluate commercial agreements from both legal and financial perspectives
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, research tools, and stakeholder coordination in fast-paced business environments
- Prior experience in media, entertainment, technology, or advisory sectors would be preferred
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
