Territory Sales Engineer Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Engineer to drive business growth by promoting Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE), Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers (ACHE), and related industrial solutions within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and generate enquiries through customer visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Promote products, prepare quotations with internal teams, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams for smooth order execution.
- Submit regular sales reports and maintain customer records.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in industrial B2B sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.
- Experience in Heat Exchangers, Process Equipment, EPC, or Industrial Products is an advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
