Job Opening – AR Caller | US Healthcare RCM
We are looking for experienced AR Callers / Accounts Receivable Executives with hands-on experience in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle US Healthcare AR Calling / Insurance Follow-up for outstanding claims.
- Have a strong understanding of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.
- Follow up with US insurance carriers/payers regarding claim status and outstanding payments.
- Work on denials, rejections, underpayments, and unpaid claims and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Analyze claim status and identify the reason for denials/rejections.
- Contact insurance companies to obtain claim status, payment information, and resolution details.
- Review and work on assigned claims/work orders as per process requirements.
- Maintain accuracy and ensure all deliverables meet quality and productivity standards.
Required Skills:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare AR Calling / RCM.
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Hands-on experience in Insurance Follow-up, Denial Management and Claims Resolution.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with US insurance payers.
