Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including processing invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and other financial records.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate documentation and systematic filing of all financial records.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory returns such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other applicable compliances.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support in budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning activities as directed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
