About the Role
We're looking for a creative, curious, and slightly obsessive-about-social-media intern to join our team and get real, hands-on exposure to running social media for both RevX Hospitality and our client accounts. You'll actually help plan content, track what's working, connect with influencers, and see how a brand's online presence is built one post at a time. If you love scrolling through great content and thinking "I could make this better," and you're curious about how brands use data to grow online. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple accounts while ensuring brand consistency and achieving business objectives.
What You'll Be Doing
Content & Strategy
- Assist in developing social media strategies for RevX Hospitality and select client accounts and help manage and maintain multiple platforms — LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and others.
- Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Assist with day-to-day social media management for client accounts, keeping messaging consistent and on-time.
- Help brainstorm content ideas by tracking trends, competitor activity, and what's working in the industry.
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and DMs promptly, maintaining a consistent, on-brand, and friendly tone across all platforms.
- Support outreach to identify, connect, and coordinate with relevant influencers and content creators for collaborations — from first message to content approval and posting.
- Assist in tracking influencer campaign performance and maintaining a simple record of past collaborations.
- Support in preparing monthly and campaign-wise performance reports with simple insights.
- Learn to use scheduling and analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or Sprout Social.
- Coordinate with internal teams and, occasionally, clients to understand what a campaign needs to achieve.
- Make sure everything posted follows brand guidelines and client expectations.
What We're Looking For
Good to have:
- Some familiarity with Canva; bonus points for Adobe Creative Suite or CapCut.
- Basic understanding of social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) — or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- An interest in digital marketing, SEO, paid social, or content marketing basics.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics, reporting tools, and performance measurement.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, paid social campaigns, SEO, and content marketing principles.
- Experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, and partnership coordination
