We are looking for an Application Validation Engineer.
You'll make a difference by:

Bringing an end-user (customer) perspective while validating applications across the Energy and Sustainability product portfolio.

Performing functional, integration, and system-level testing to ensure high-quality software releases.

Collaborating with Product Owners, Test Managers, and cross-functional teams during requirement discussions and socialization activities.

Analyzing business and functional requirements and providing valuable feedback from a validation and usability standpoint.

Identifying, documenting, tracking, and verifying defects through resolution.
-
Ensuring applications meet customer expectations, quality standards, and business requirements.
-
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing and validation process.

Supporting test planning, execution, reporting, and quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
You'll win us over by:

Having an engineering degree in B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc. with a good academic record.

Having proven experience in software testing, application validation, or quality assurance activities.

Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Demonstrating excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Having hands-on experience in test case design, defect management, and validation methodologies.

Understanding Agile development processes and collaborating effectively within Agile teams.

Having knowledge of Test Automation tools and frameworks, which will be considered an added advantage.

Being self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while contributing as a strong team player.
