- Install, commission, and demonstrate laboratory diagnostic equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance (BM) as per service schedules.
- Troubleshoot and repair laboratory analyzers, ensuring minimum equipment downtime.
- Conduct equipment calibration and performance verification as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Diagnose hardware, software, mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
- Replace defective components and perform functional testing after repairs.
- Maintain service reports, calibration records, preventive maintenance reports, and equipment history.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and equipment performance.
- Provide user training on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety practices.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with the spare parts and purchase teams for material requirements.
- Support installation qualification (IQ), operational qualification (OQ), and performance qualification (PQ) where applicable.
- Assist in technical evaluations and equipment acceptance testing.
- Maintain compliance with ISO, NABL, NABH, and manufacturer quality standards.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
