Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Experience: 1–3 Years in Recruitment (Corporate/Engineering recruitment preferred)
Qualification: Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment
Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri & job portals
Screening, interview coordination & offer rollout
Follow-up with candidates until joining
Maintaining recruitment MIS and hiring reports

Excellent communication skills
Strong sourcing and negotiation abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
Immediate joiners will be preferred
