Peeling Operator – Job Profile
- Operate and monitor the steel bar peeling machine as per production requirements.
- Set machine parameters, feed rate, and cutting depth according to job specifications.
- Check diameter, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments.
- Identify surface defects and ensure the required quality of peeled bars.
- Monitor cutting tools and coordinate with Maintenance/Quality teams for issues.
- Maintain production records, housekeeping, and follow safety procedures.
- Experience: 2–5 years in steel peeling/bar finishing operations preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
