Role: MEP BIM Modeler
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Experience Level: Minimum 1 year
Qualification: Diploma/B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Revit MEP models for Electrical & Mechanical systems as per project standards.
- Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP services for clash-free design output.
- Conduct periodic model audits, clash detection, and coordination meetings using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
- Ensure compliance with company BIM execution standards and international design codes.
- Collaborate closely with design engineers, project managers, and other discipline leads to achieve design intent and delivery timelines.
- Maintain drawing documentation, version control, and submission logs.
Required Qualification and Experience
- Diploma/B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Revit MEP modeling.
- Solid knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Good command of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks Manage.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and LOD standards (LOD 100–500) is preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
