We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Compliance Executive to ensure timely completion of statutory compliances, maintain compliance records, coordinate with clients and government authorities, and support payroll-related compliance activities. The candidate should have sound knowledge of Labour laws, EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit statutory compliance documents as per applicable laws.
- Process and verify EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and other labor law compliances.
- Generate and maintain challans, ECR files, returns, and registers.
- Coordinate with clients regarding compliance requirements and document collection.
- Upload compliance documents on client portals within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain employee records and statutory registers.
- Handle inspections, notices, and queries from government departments.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses and registrations.
- Assist in payroll processing and salary reconciliation.
- Prepare MIS reports and compliance status reports for management.
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of compliance activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in statutory compliance, payroll, or HR operations.
- Knowledge of EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, CLRA, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and compliance portals.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in handling multiple client compliances.
- Knowledge of payroll software and statutory compliance tools.
- Experience in contractor compliance management will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities – Site Compliance Visits encompassing the above as well as the points below:
- Visit client sites regularly for submission and collection of compliance-related documents.
- Coordinate with site HR, Admin, and Operations teams for statutory compliance requirements.
- Verify employee records, attendance registers, wage registers, and statutory documents at client locations.
- Ensure timely submission of compliance documents to clients and government authorities.
- Conduct compliance audits and identify gaps in statutory records and documentation.
- Assist during inspections by labour authorities, EPF, ESIC, and other regulatory departments.
- Collect and maintain acknowledgements of submitted compliance documents.
- Provide compliance updates and support to client representatives during site visits.
- Travel to various client locations as required for compliance-related activities.
- Ensure all site compliance records are maintained accurately and updated on a timely basis.
In summary, the above activities are HR / Payroll related activity for the company clients at both the client site as well as office for Ambulance related contracts including manpower & material/ documents management of those clients by the company.
This could entail travel outside Mumbai including stay at the corporate site / office to ensure compliance of the above.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
