Job Title: Boutique Sales & Operations Executive
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and customer-focused Boutique Sales & Operations Executive to manage the daily operations of our boutique. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, oversee staff performance, maintain store standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting outfits and offer styling recommendations.
- Meet individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Manage the overall daily operations of the boutique.
- Supervise, guide, and coordinate boutique staff and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure staff maintain professionalism, punctuality, and excellent customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate restocking when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the boutique.
- Coordinate with tailoring and production teams to ensure timely order completion.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain customer databases and build long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates for management.
- Ensure the boutique opens and closes on time while following all operational procedures.
- Assist in planning promotions, festive collections, and special sales events.
- Ensure all boutique policies and procedures are followed by the team.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
