Position: Relationship Manager (Equity Markets)

About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to promote equity market products, acquire new clients, and maintain long-term relationships with investors. The ideal candidate should have experience in stock broking, equity advisory, demat account acquisition, and financial product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for Demat & Trading Accounts.
- Generate business through equity market products and investment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and HNI clients.
- Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, Bonds, PMS, and Insurance.
- Assist clients with investment-related queries and market updates.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and investor awareness activities.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and telecalling teams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–10 years of experience in Stock Broking, Equity Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- NISM Certification (preferred).
- Good understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, and Capital Markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
