Job Description:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional English communication skills and strong convincing abilities, as the role primarily involves interacting with potential clients and generating business opportunities through calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain professional and confident communication with clients
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client handling
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling/sales
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Strong verbal communication, fluency, confidence, and professional speaking etiquette
- Ability to handle and convert leads effectively
- Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management processes
- Candidates from the digital marketing industry will have an added advantage
Location: Lucknow
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
