Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across corporate and hotel operations. The role includes sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, managing job portals, maintaining recruitment MIS, ensuring timely closures, supporting employer branding initiatives, and delivering a seamless candidate experience while meeting organizational hiring requirements. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and hospitality recruitment experience are preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
