Join the Global Procurement team and support the administration and governance of the American Express (AMEX) corporate card program. In this role, you will partner with internal stakeholders and AMEX to resolve operational issues, oversee day-to-day program activities, develop training and workflows, ensure compliance with established policies, and maintain accurate program documentation.

Experienced in corporate card administration/ program management, preferably with American Express (AMEX) corporate cards

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and customer/stakeholder service orientation

Ability to manage day-to-day corporate card administration and card program governance with minimal supervision; escalate non-standard issues appropriately

Ability to create workflows for card applications, limit increase, merchant unblock is preffered

Ability to do data analysis and create presentations

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT) and American Express

Experience creating/updating process documentation (SOPs, job aids) and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow documented policies and procedures (including SOX controls where applicable)
An undergraduate or bachelor’s degree with typically 5–8 years of related experience in corporate card administration and procurement operations.
