Position Title –Sr. Executive HR / AM
Job Location:- Additional MIDC 2, Mahad, Raigad.

Reporting To: DGM HR / Site Head
Job Responsibilities
HR Operations & Plant Administration
- Manage daily HR operations and plant administration activities.
- Control and monitor daily plant housekeeping and maintain factory readiness for audits.
- Track and control contract manpower deployment and attendance.
- Monitor absenteeism of staff and workers and take corrective actions.
- Control employee overtime and ensure adherence to manpower budgets.
- Conduct regular factory rounds and report observations to concerned departments with timely follow-up.
- Track and control admin and HR operational budgets with monthly review.
- Coordinate employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Industrial Relations (IR) & Discipline Management
- Maintained healthy industrial relations and resolved shop-floor grievances.
- Handled disciplinary actions and issued warning, suspension, and charge-sheet letters.
- Conducted internal inquiries for disciplinary/POSH matters with legal and IC coordination.
- Coordinated with unions, workers, and local authorities for smooth plant operations.
Statutory Compliance, Labour Compliance & Liaison
- Ensured compliance with labour laws and contractor regulations, managed Factory & Contract Labour Licenses, statutory returns, PF/ESIC/LWF compliances, contractor documentation, and coordinated audits, inspections, and liaison with government authorities and Labour Department officials.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
- Maintain HR MIS and ensure timely reporting of plant HR metrics.
Audit Management
- Coordinate and lead HR and statutory compliance audits, including internal, external, customer, ISO, and corporate audits.
- Ensure all HR, labour law, contractor, and statutory records are maintained accurately and are audit-ready.
- Prepare audit documentation, facilitate auditor visits, address audit observations, and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with audit requirements and continuously improve HR and administrative processes.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR or Labour Welfare
- 5–10 years of experience in Plant HR, IR, and Compliance in manufacturing industry
- Experience in handling factory audits, labour office liaison, and workforce management preferred
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
