About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven, fast-moving, and self-motivated Business Development Executive who can deliver immediate results. This role is ideal for candidates who already have an active sales pipeline and are hungry to grow rapidly within the organization, with a clear ambition to reach leadership roles such as Associate Director based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- · Generate and close new business opportunities in the Indian market
- · Sell IT services including:
o Web Designing & Development
o E-commerce Solutions
o Social Media & Digital Marketing
o Mobile App Development
o Web Applications
o ERP & CRM Solutions
- · Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- · Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos (online & offline)
- · Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
- · Build and maintain strong client relationships
- · Maintain CRM and track sales pipeline
- · Identify and help the company expand into new business verticals.
- · Build strategic partnerships (agencies, consultants, resellers, SaaS partners) to generate consistent deal flow.
- · Channelize and convert the sales process into a structured and automated system (CRM workflows, lead tracking, follow-up automation, reporting dashboards).
1. Hybrid Role Expectations
- · Work from office on assigned days for team collaboration
- · Conduct field visits/client meetings when required
- · Manage remote sales activities with teams Across India (calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn outreach)
- · Must be flexible to handle both on-ground and online sales
2. Critical Requirement (Must Have)
- · Candidate must have an active or prior sales pipeline (existing leads, contacts, or ongoing discussions)
- · Ability to close at least 2 deals with good margins within the first month
- · Strong network in SMEs, startups, or local businesses in India
- · Immediate revenue contribution is expected
- · High ownership mindset with strong ambition for rapid career growth
3. Performance Expectations (First 30–60 Days)
- · Minimum 8–10 qualified leads from personal pipeline
- · 2–3 closures within first 30 days
- · At least 12 - 15 days in a month must be dedicated to client meetings (field or virtual)
- · Consistent client meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- · Active reporting and pipeline tracking
4. Strategic Growth Expectation
- Proactively identify new revenue streams, industries, or service opportunities
- Build and close at least 1 strategic partnership within the first 90 days
- Contribute ideas for new service offerings or bundled solutions
- Help create long-term recurring revenue channels through partnerships
- Standardize and automate repeatable sales processes to improve team efficiency and scalability
5. Monthly Closure Policy (Important)
- · Monthly sales targets must be closed by 27th of every calendar month
- · Deals not closed by 27th will be counted in the next month’s performance cycle
- · Strong emphasis on early and planned closures, not last-day dependency
6. Sales Process Expectations
- · Comfortable with cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, LinkedIn pitching, and in-person meetings
- · Ability to pitch pricing confidently and handle objections
- · Strong follow-up discipline and deal-closing mindset
7. Career Growth Opportunity
- · High-performing candidates with strong experience and consistent closures will be promoted to Senior Business Development Executive (Sr. BDE) within a short time frame
- · Clear growth towards Associate Director level based on:

8. Required Skills & Qualifications
- · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- · 2–5 years of experience in IT sales / business development
- · Proven track record of closures in IT services
- · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- · Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
9. Preferred Skills
- · Experience in B2B sales
- · Familiarity with B2B business portals (India MART, Justdial, LinkedIn, etc.)
- · Understanding of SaaS, ERP, and CRM solutions
- · Experience in partnership development or channel sales is a strong advantage
- · Exposure to CRM tools, automation workflows, or sales tech stack
10. Compensation & Incentive Structure
- · Fixed Salary based on candidate’s experience plus Variable pay based on Qtly Sales Targets.
- · Incentive up to 2% on margins per closure
- · Additional bonus up to 5% on margins for early closures (within 30 days)
- · Additional incentives for partnerships or new vertical revenue generation
- · Salary revision after 9 months based on individual performance in the first year
- · No cap on incentives (high performers earn significantly more)
11. Disqualification Criteria (Important)
- No active/prior sales pipeline or complete dependency on company-provided leads
- Lack of proven deal closures; experience limited only to lead generation or theoretical knowledge
- Poor ownership mindset – blames marketing/team/company for past performance
- Weak sales discipline – inconsistent follow-ups, slow responsiveness, or unstructured sales approach
- Inability to confidently pitch, (pricing/competition), or close in mock/real scenarios
- Reluctance towards hybrid role (field visits, meetings, or on-ground sales execution)
- Avoidance of targets, performance discussions, or accountability for numbers
- No experience or resistance to using CRM, automation, or structured sales processes
- Compensation-driven mindset (focus only on fixed salary) without performance/incentive orientation
- Frequent overpromising, exaggeration, or lack of transparency in communication
12. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- · First 2 deal closures within 30 days
- · Monthly targets closed by 27th of each month
- · Pipeline value and conversion rate
- · Client retention and repeat business
- · New partnerships created and revenue generated from them
- · Contribution to new vertical growth
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,902.12 per month
