Position Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects within the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at site.
- Manage material requirements, stock, and usage efficiently.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and escalate when necessary.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and updates for management.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and project managers for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper finishing and handover of projects within deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 6–7 years of hands-on experience in interior site supervision within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and site compliance practices.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
